The LSAA X-Country run occurs in Late September each year. For this event, each school sends their ten best runners from each age category. Those top ten runners from each of the surrounding schools converge on Nicolas Sheran Park to compete in the event. Individual students compete to place in their age category. However, there team as a whole competes to gain points in hopes of wining the aggregate title.
